Embrace Life members promote the dignity of life and offer family-oriented activities. The Embrace Life Ministry invites all parishioners to participate in a monthly pro-life prayer campaign that includes hosting a statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Volunteer Leader: Barbara Morand
Grieving with Great Hope is a 5-week program which is offered in the spring and fall for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Participants do not have to be Catholic to attend.
This ministry plans support for the community of St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Croix Fer, Haiti. This includes fundraising efforts, supply drives, and more.
This ministry is an opportunity to gather in community to make shawls for anyone who is sick or suffering. Scarves, and blankets are knit and crocheted in prayer, as a tangible way to wrap individuals in God's love. Yarn or monetary donations to purchase yarn are appreciated. Shalom House volunteers provide sack lunches to school children in Boone County during school breaks. They may also help pack lunches, deliver hot meals to homebound individuals in Lebanon, and/or cook and serve hot meals to children, families, and adults at the Shalom House in Lebanon. Welcome Ministry volunteers reach out to new parishioners and deliver gifts on behalf of the parish. The group hosts a tour of campus twice a year. Volunteer Leader: Maureen Damer
