Associate Director of Youth Ministry

St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church is hiring a full-time Associate Director of Youth Ministry to start October of 2026. 

The Associate Director of Youth Ministry is responsible for leading a comprehensive youth ministry program for students in grades 7–12. This role fosters the spiritual growth of young people by inviting them into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through evangelization, catechesis, sacramental life, service and community. The Associate Director collaborates closely with the Director of Evangelization, parish staff, families and volunteers to build a vibrant, Christ-centered youth ministry that is fully integrated into parish life. 

The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic, organized, creative, possess strong communication skills and be passionate about helping teens grow in their faith. Candidates need to have a minimum of three years experience in faith formation ministry, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Associate Director of Outreach

St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church is looking for a part-time (20 hours) Associate Director of Outreach. 

The coordinator serves as a key ministry leader responsible for developing, organizing and implementing outreach (community-focused) and in-reach (parish-focused) efforts that reflect the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church. This role focuses on building relationships within the parish and the broader community and fostering a culture of discipleship and stewardship by encouraging opportunities of active service among all ages. 

The successful candidate will be Catholic with a minimum of two years ministry experience, possess strong communication, organizational and pastoral skills along with a commitment to Catholic doctrine, compassion for others, and a desire to serve the spiritual and practical needs of the community.
