Associate Director of Youth Ministry

St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church is hiring a full-time Associate Director of Youth Ministry to start October of 2026. 

The Associate Director of Youth Ministry is responsible for leading a comprehensive youth ministry program for students in grades 7–12. This role fosters the spiritual growth of young people by inviting them into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through evangelization, catechesis, sacramental life, service and community. The Associate Director collaborates closely with the Director of Evangelization, parish staff, families and volunteers to build a vibrant, Christ-centered youth ministry that is fully integrated into parish life. 

The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic, organized, creative, possess strong communication skills and be passionate about helping teens grow in their faith. Candidates need to have a minimum of three years experience in faith formation ministry, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
