Baptism Assistants welcome families for the Rite of Baptism and assist clergy in celebrating the sacrament. Baptisms are scheduled every 2nd Saturday of the month at 5:30 pm and every 4th Saturday of the month at 11:30 am.

Adults Catechists and sponsors teach and accompany adults entering the Catholic Church. Meetings are 9am Sundays throughout the year.
Children & Teens Catechists teach and accompany individuals, ages 8 years to 16 years, who are entering the Catholic Church. Meetings are during the school year, 9 am Sundays.
The Bereavement Ministry helps plan funerals and offers comfort and a listening ear to those in our parish who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Volunteers are needed in four separate areas:

Adult Choir This choir is open to singers of all backgrounds. Rehearsals are in the church on Wednesdays, 7 pm - 8:30 pm. The group sings at two 10:30 am Masses per month, in addition to feast days. If you can't be there every time, be there when you can! Rehearsal materials are available online for those who travel or would like to review independently.
Children's Choir The Children's Choir is open to our youth in grades 2 - 8. Rehearsals are once per month on Sunday afternoons, 2 pm - 3:45 pm. They sing for one 5 pm Mass per month, from September through April. Participants learn about liturgy, pastoral music ministry, and basic vocal technique.

Embrace Life members promote the dignity of life and offer family-oriented activities. The Embrace Life Ministry invites all parishioners to participate in a monthly pro-life prayer campaign that includes hosting a statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Volunteer Leader: Barbara Morand

Front Desk volunteers do various tasks for ministries and fill in for the parish secretary from time to time.
The Haiti Ministry helps support thecommunity of St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Croix Fer, Haiti - our Twin Parish. Services include fundraising efforts, supply drives, student support, and more. Volunteer Leader: Dr. Michelle Howenstein
Core team members lead small groups of teens in grades 9-12 on Sundays from 6p - 7:30p during the school year. There are also opportunities to help with special events and service opportunities throughout the year.
This ministry brings comfort and hope to parishioners in need of prayer. They are available to pray with anyone after the 4:30p Vigil Mass and 10:30a Sunday Mass the 1st weekend of the month. Training is available. Volunteer Leaders:Beth Snyder and Barbara Morand
Knights of the Holy Temple (grades 9 - 12) is a fraternal group of young men who meet regularly in fellowship and assist during Mass and other liturgies throughout the year. Volunteer Leader: Tom Lingafelter | [email protected]
Mentors lead small groups of pre-teens and teens in grades 5-8 on Sundays from 6p - 7:30p during the school year. There are also opportunities to help with annual retreats and other special events throughout the year.
This ministry is an opportunity to gather in community to make shawls for anyone who is sick or suffering. Scarves, and blankets are knit and crocheted in prayer, as a tangible way to wrap individuals in God's love. Yarn or monetary donations to purchase yarn are appreciated. Shalom House volunteers provide sack lunches to school children in Boone County during school breaks. They may also help pack lunches, deliver hot meals to homebound individuals in Lebanon, and/or cook and serve hot meals to children, families, and adults at the Shalom House in Lebanon. Vacation Bible School (VBS) leaders help plan and implement a week-long children's summer program (pre-k - 4th grade). Volunteers help lead small groups, run craft stations, and help behind the scenes. Volunteer Leader: Jill Stiles
Welcome Ministry volunteers reach out to new parishioners and deliver gifts on behalf of the parish. The group hosts a tour of campus twice a year. Volunteer Leader: Maureen Damer
