The root cause of many illnesses in Haiti is traced to contaminated water and lack of resources to purify that water. Donations are used for purchases of water filtration units and supplies. They also help with ongoing support for water technicians.

Thanks to your help, St. Alphonsus donated 3,820 lbs. of food to the Caring Center of Boone County, helping make Easter a better gathering for some of our brothers and sisters in Christ. Special thanks to Scott and Jennifer Kuntz for chairing this drive, and to all who spent time volunteering by collecting and weighing food, driving and unloading the truck, and making sure all the logistics were handled.
